These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plananova AI mobile app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Using the Service
Plananova helps you turn goals into day-by-day plans and track your progress. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.
AI-generated content
Plans and suggestions are generated automatically and provided for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for how you act on them. Use common sense and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Your content
You retain ownership of the goals and content you create. You grant us the limited right to process that content to operate the Service (for example, to generate your plan). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Cancellation and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, which permanently removes your account and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plananova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
