Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plananova AI mobile app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Using the Service
Plananova helps you turn goals into day-by-day plans and track your progress. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.
AI-generated content
Plans and suggestions are generated automatically and provided for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for how you act on them. Use common sense and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Your content
You retain ownership of the goals and content you create. You grant us the limited right to process that content to operate the Service (for example, to generate your plan). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Free plan, Plananova Pro, and billing
Plananova is free to use. A free account can keep one active goal at a time and generate up to three AI plans per calendar month, with plans running up to 30 days ahead. These limits are shown in the app and may change; we will not reduce them for an existing paid subscription period.
Plananova Pro removes those limits — unlimited active goals, unlimited AI plans, plans of up to a year, and full statistics and streak history. Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Where you pay. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. We never receive or store your payment details.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.
- Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Plananova app or your Plananova account does not cancel a subscription — you must cancel it with the store.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly.
- Price changes. If we change subscription prices, the change applies from your next renewal, and the store will notify you and seek your consent where its rules require.
- One account per purchase. A purchase unlocks Pro on one Plananova account. It can be restored on any device signed in to that account and the same store account, using Restore purchases in Settings.
- Ending access. If a subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is refunded, Pro features stop and free limits apply again. Your goals, plans and history are kept; you simply cannot exceed the free limits until you upgrade again.
Cancellation and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, which permanently removes your account and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plananova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
